Amos Hoffman is an Isreali Jazz oudist and guitarist who fuses the rhythms and melodic themes of the Middle East with modern jazz. He attended the Rubin Academy of Music in Jerusalem and has lived and played in Amsterdam and New York City. He has five solo albums to his credit. Downbeat Magazine says it best: “Hoffman may well be today’s Rosetta Stone of jazz. Equally adept in Middle Eastern harmonies as he is in 52nd Street swing…”Noam Lemish is an Israeli-American jazz pianist and composer whose musical roots go deep into jazz and classical music. He has toured extensively throughout North America, Europe and Israel and currently teaches in the University of Toronto’s jazz studies program and co-directs the Israeli-Iranian Musical Initiative.
