Fierce talent and award-winning artists: that's what you'll get from The Davidson/Therrien Quintet at BuckingJam Palace on January 31, 2025. It’s BJP’s annual tradition to collaborate with the Alberta Chapter of Women Band Directors International (WBDI) to support and celebrate their vital work in educating and encouraging girls and women in jazz. This concert features the faculty for WBDI’s Girls in Jazz Workshop: this is a rare opportunity to hear outstanding artists from Montreal, Toronto, Winnipeg, Edmonton and Calgary brought together for one weekend to share their knowledge and music and inspire the next generation!
