The Proznick/Ochoa Quartet

Jodi Proznick (bass), Audrey Ochoa (trombone), Michelle Gregoire (piano) and Tatyana Harschuck (drums) storm the stage with their creativity and musicality! Bringing their talents from Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary and Winnipeg, these outstanding artists are in town for the Girls in Jazz Workshop, presented by Women Band Directors International and BJP has scooped them for an intimate concert. The Kate Wyatt Quartet

Following on the heels of an impressive 12-concert Canadian Jazz Festival tour, Montreal pianist and composer Kate Wyatt brings her all-star quartet to BuckingJam Palace. Trumpeter Lex French, bassist Adrian Vedady and drummer Louis-Vincent Hamel will join Wyatt in performance of music from her critically-acclaimed album Artifact, as well as choice standards from the Great American Songbook. Caity Gyorgy and Mark Limacher: "By Request" (Sunday, Dec 17)

The duo of Caity Gyorgy and Mark Limacher is pure magic. BuckingJam Palace audiences were privileged to watch this duo form three years ago and it was the perfect musical partnership right from the start. Since that first concert, the pair have gone on to record an album of Jerome Kern tunes"You're Alike You Two", storm the Spotify universe with their holiday tunes, and tour in the U.S.

Caity won her second consecutive JUNO-award this year for her outstanding album "Featuring". Mark created a new album of hauntingly beautiful contemporary chamber music. Separately, they are outstanding bright lights in the Canadian music scene. Together, they amplify each other's creativity and bring the audience along for a spectacular ride.

Aretha Tillotson album launch

Canadian jazz bassist Aretha Tillotson is a rising star on the Canadian jazz scene. She was awarded a presidential scholarship in 2020 to study in Berkee's Global Jazz Masters program and graduated in 2022 Summa Cum Laude. She has performed on national and international stages, is a faculty member at MacEwan University and has recently moved to Toronto to be the resident bassist for the SIX the musical at the Mirvish Theatre
